Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Helba Ltd. (hereinafter 'Provider') and the customer (hereinafter 'User') via the website stef-ai.com as part of the Stef-AI Early Access Beta program.

2. Subject of Contract

The subject of the contract is participation in the Stef-AI Early Access Beta program. The User receives access to a beta version of the Stef-AI software for a runtime of 1 (one) month. The software is under active development and is expressly not a finished product.

3. Beta Status and Disclaimer

The User expressly acknowledges that Stef-AI is a product in beta phase. This specifically means:

• •The software may contain errors, bugs, and unexpected behavior.
• •Features may change, be added, or removed at any time.
• •Software availability may be limited or interrupted.
• •Data loss cannot be ruled out.
• •The Provider makes no warranty regarding the functionality, reliability, or suitability of the software for any particular purpose.
• •There is no entitlement to specific performance, specific features, or a specific development status.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or damages arising from the use of the beta software is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The User uses the software at their own risk. The Provider shall in no case be liable beyond the amount paid by the User.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices for the Early Access Beta program are tiered and depend on the time of booking. All stated prices are net prices plus the applicable value-added tax (currently 19%). The invoice is issued by Helba Ltd. and is payable within 14 days of the invoice date.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As this is a contract for the provision of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of contract performance, provided the User has expressly consented. The User will be informed of this before placing the order.

7. Contract Duration

The contract is concluded for a runtime of 1 (one) month. There is no automatic renewal.

8. Data Protection

The Provider collects and processes personal data of the User exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the privacy policy on stef-ai.com. Data is used for contract execution and invoicing.

9. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The laws of the United Kingdom shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Provider.

10. Provider

Helba Ltd. These Terms apply from March 2026.
